New Clients

What to expect during your first appointment:

Your first appointment will likely last between 60 and 90 minutes. The focus will be on determining the specific nature of your problem and outlining an initial treatment plan. This is primarily an information-gathering meeting. At the conclusion of this session, you will be given specific recommendations in order to begin treatment.

We will reserve this time specifically for you. If you find that you need to reschedule, kindly give at least 48 hours notice. If you feel more comfortable being accompanied by a friend or relative, please feel free to invite them.

Prior to scheduling a new client appointment we request that you complete our new client paperwork which will be emailed to you.

We ask that you bring the following to your appointment:

  1. The bottles for all medicines you are currently taking.
  2. Insurance card.
  3. Photo ID.
  4. Most recent lab results, if available.
  5. Psychiatric records, if available.
  6. Co-pay, deductible, or payment is due at the time of service.

We accept the following insurance plans:

  • Regence BlueShield
  • First Choice Health
  • Premera Blue Cross
  • Lifewise

Please contact your plan for details. Insurance plans are numerous and complex. It is in your best interest to contact your insurance company prior to the initial session.

Financial Policy:

We collect payment at the time of the visit. We do not submit insurance claims unless we participate with your insurance company. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, or if you do not have insurance, you will be asked to pay for the visit prior to receiving services. You will be given the necessary information to bill your insurance company directly. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, or check.
